Myself and my group. We work with all different types of manufacturing clients here on the East Coast. Anything from technician level on up to group president level, and it could be manufacturing clients along the lines of aerospace and defense medical device. It could be composite decking really doesn't matter for us. But something along that technical manufacturing where we're going out and selling that background to the candidates in the market. And my group focuses, we do a little bit of contingent and temp workforce. We have an industrial side, locally here in a Massachusetts branch office. I'll try and go in there from time to time, partner with them. They do a fantastic job within a certain radius, but my group focuses in some of those niche positions, some of those positions that we may not be the first phone call, but really tough technical where you have to dig in because a lot of those types of candidates and roles, they're not looking at job boards and things of that nature. And in my background, I've been recruiting for 17 years, came up and was trained within an ISO certified firm. So I'm very used to my process personally is very much checks and balances and then partnering with a lot of these ISO certified manufacturing businesses, it's really being a partner with that and being able to go out and sell their story, because the manufacturing niche is unique and it is difficult, especially now with what we're seeing to pry some of that top talent. So we want to make sure that we become partners with them. We become educated on their culture, their manufacturing processes, and frankly, make sure that we can get that right fit for their business that can come in and make an impact.
