Eastridge Workforce Solutions is pleased to announce that it has hired Darlene Hunter to serve as the company’s Director of Diversity and Engagement. In this newly created role, Darlene will develop the Company’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategic plan in alignment with the Company’s DEIB vision.
Hunter brings more than 20 years’ industry experience, including many pioneering leadership roles, driving meaningful change across a variety of industries including in CSR, BPO, staffing, leadership skills and HR. Hunter is also a published author, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an MBA, and is currently a Doctoral Student in Business Administration for Organizational Leadership and Development.
“In this executive role, Darlene will build on Eastridge’s rich cultural foundation, and take our DEIB efforts to the next level,” said Kendra Cruzalegui, Eastridge CHRO. “Darlene will partner with talent acquisition to design a diversity recruiting strategy to build a pipeline of diverse candidates, and develop our employee engagement efforts, so that every employee has a sense of belonging and is able to reach their fullest potential and contribute to the organization’s results.“
