On June 14th, Eastridge hosted an office re-opening party at its headquarters in San Diego to welcome employees back after several years of a global pandemic when the company embraced working fully remotely. The celebration at Eastridge’s HQ launches an era of renewed in-person teamwork, which will help deepen collaboration across functional divisions within Eastridge and further serve our clients.
The company is also marking returns to the office across all Eastridge branch locations nationwide and internationally. Employees all over the country are embracing the return to work and are eager to forge more in-person collaboration, introductions, and partnerships.
"The Eastridge team truly collaborates to deliver great service to clients and candidates, so marking a time when the Eastridge family can reunite was a joyous occasion," said Vina Richards, Corporate Administrator, who planned the event.
Laura LaManna, Eastridge Chief of Staff, kicks off the festivities while Vina Richards, Eastridge Corporate Administrator, manages event coordination and logistics with precision, including appropriately-sized scissors.
As part of the ribbon cutting, Eastridge CFO, Brandon Stanford, shared the intent behind the updated design and benefits to employees and clients alike of renewed in-person collaboration, saying, “We carefully designed this office to have an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and employee belonging. This space represents our commitment to provide an exceptional work environment where our employees can flourish and reach their full potential.”
