Glenn Williams - Senior Director of Global Inclusion & Diversity at Qualcomm
Glenn Williams is the Senior Director of Global Inclusion and Diversity for Qualcomm. In this role, Glenn brings nearly 12 years of strategic D&I and legal experience to Qualcomm and is responsible for providing oversight of inclusion and diversity initiatives across the company. Prior to this role, Glenn held senior manager positions for companies including Amazon and ExxonMobil. Glenn was previously an attorney for the global law firm Clifford Chance. He is also a combat veteran who served in the Judge Advocate General Corps, in the U.S. Army.
Amber Gardina-Quintanilla - Senior Employment Counsel at Eastridge
Amber is Eastridge's in-house senior employment counsel. Prior to transitioning to her in-house role, Amber worked as an employment litigator and advisor at Jackson Lewis and later, Procopio, Corey, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP. A southern California native, she received her undergraduate degree in Women's Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Amber is on the Development Board for the California Innocence Project and spends much of her free time volunteering with Frosted Faces Foundation.
